Event Guidelines

  • The event aims to identify the best orator.
  • Individual participation is required.
  • Participants can select any latest technical topic.
  • Participants should send a synopsis of their topic to +919539195626 or +919539135647 on or before 8 February 2025.
  • The accepted papers/abstracts will be announced via WhatsApp on Feb 14, 2025.
  • A minimum of 4 participants is required for the event. Events failing to meet this criteria will be cancelled.
  • Candidates must report to the event 30 minutes before it starts.

  • Guidelines for Paper/Abstract:

    • Only accepted in PDF format.
    • Paper/Abstract must be in IEEE format.

  • Guidelines for Final Presentation:

    • Participants must bring one copy of the paper for judgment purposes and slides.
    • 15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes (Judges or Questioners).
    • Projector and Laptop will be provided.
  • For any reason a person did not attend the event after ticket registration, the ticket amount WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
