Tech Fest

● Registration for events and seminars will primarily be conducted online. However, spot registrations will also be available as a secondary option. Please note that spot registrations will not be available for the Paper Presentation and Cultural Events.

● Any form of unethical behavior or violation of the rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the participants.

● Participants must report 30 minutes before each event, and a valid college ID card is mandatory for participation.

● The winners of each event will be determined by the judges' decisions.

● Teams or participants who fail to report to the venue on time will be disqualified.

● A minimum of 4 participants is required for individual events, and a minimum of 4 teams is required for team events. Events failing to meet these criteria will be cancelled.

● Registration fees will only be refunded for cancelled events; otherwise, they are non-refundable.

● The winners of each event will receive certificates and cash prizes, while all participants will be awarded participation certificates.

● The final decisions made by the committee are final and will not be subject to change.

● Accommodation will be provided exclusively to participants who register online for both days.

Any kind of details regarding the prerequisites for events will be provided in the event guidelines section for every event. Please read them carefully before registering for the event.

Insight'25 is happening at Calicut University Campus, Thenhipalam, Malappuram. A linktree for all the locations within the campus where the individual events are hosted are provided at the venue information above.

Details regarding providing of food and refreshments for participants will be announced later. We'll update all registered participants on the matter directly and will make announcements on the website also. Please check the updates section on the website for these annoucements.
