Event Guidelines

• Open to all individual participants.
• Each participant can submit only one photograph.
• Only mobile phone cameras are allowed; other types of cameras are not permitted.
• Photographs must be submitted in high-resolution JPEG format.
• No watermarks or signatures are allowed on the images.
• A clearly defined theme will be provided for each competition.
• Entries must align with the specified theme.
• Submitted photographs must be the original work of the participant.
• Participants retain full copyright of their images.
• The use of stock photos or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
• Basic adjustments (e.g., color correction, cropping) are allowed.
• Excessive digital manipulation that alters the original content is prohibited.
• Judging criteria include creativity, composition, relevance to the theme, and technical skill.
• Inappropriate or offensive content will lead to disqualification.
• Entries that fail to adhere to the rules and regulations may be disqualified.
• The decision of the judges is final and cannot be contested.
• For any reason a person did not attend the event after ticket registration, the ticket amount WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
