Event Guidelines
- All participants must register before the competition starts. Late registrations will not be accepted.
- The theme will be revealed on the spot, and participants must incorporate it into their videos.
- Each participant is allowed to submit only one entry.
- Only mobile phone cameras are permitted; other types of cameras are not allowed.
- Videos must not exceed a maximum duration of 5 minutes. Submissions exceeding this limit will be disqualified.
- Edited videos are acceptable and will be judged. Participants are encouraged to showcase their editing skills within the specified guidelines.
- Entries must not include the name or any identifiable information of the participant to ensure impartial judging.
- Participants should not feature themselves in the video shots.
- Videos must adhere to ethical standards and must not contain any explicit or offensive material.
- Submissions must be in MP4 format only. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Videos will be judged based on creativity, adherence to the theme, technical skills, and overall impact.
- Any violation of the rules or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification.
- The judges' decisions are final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be entertained.
- Organizers reserve the right to modify event details if necessary and will promptly communicate any changes to participants.
- For any reason a person did not attend the event after ticket registration, the ticket amount WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
